How I Work

Your hours are your time. We work as a hyper-focused team to ensure that your goals are met in the time allotted.
You’ll feel the difference when our agency has got your back.

Office Hours

Monday-Thursday
11am-4:30 pm EST
Friday 11am-2:30pm

I have extended office hours for all my active clients.

Payment & Invoicing

All payments on service hours are paid upfront using PayPal or credit card. Invoices are sent electronically on the 1st of the month. All services are prepaid and work will commence once payment is received

Refunds

When you buy a package of time with us, we commit to having enough time available to serve you. Our commitment to you affects how we work with our other clients. For that reason, we don’t offer refunds on unused hours or allow unused hours to roll over.

Confidentiality

We adhere to a strict confidentiality code and no information will be divulged to a third party. All documentation sent to us will be returned upon completion + payment. We take your confidentiality very seriously.

Time Tracking

All time spent on your projects is tracked to the minute. We will send you weekly progress reports to keep you updated on how our team is utilizing your hours.

Password Sharing

To Safely exchange passwords, we use LastPass. We ask that our clients set up an account so that they can securly share their passwords with us.

Meetings

Your time is valuable, and so is ours. In the event that you need to change or cancel a scheduled meeting, we require 24-hour notice. In turn, we promise to honor our appointments and be on time as well.

All calls and emails will be returned within 48 hours during business days (Monday to Friday).

That means I will:

  • Respond to chats, e-mail, and phone messages promptly
  • Follow-up with clients to ask for feedback
  • Make recommendations and offer solutions
  • Go the extra mile to make our clients happy

Access to a dedicated Online Business Manager, our support team, and services

When you delegate to me, you delegate to my crew of capable, proactive Online Business Managers, who support your needs on a daily basis. 

Turn Around Times

Project and task turnarounds vary depending on the specific requirements. I make an effort to handle all new projects and tasks within 48 hours of receiving the required information. I will always inform you of when you can expect projects and tasks to be completed. If you make changes to the original task or project, the amount of time required to complete the project is subject to change.

Project Management Tools

We are happy to work with your PM tool if you’ve already established a routine (i.e. Basecamp, Asana,etc.). We will manage your project on our side with ClickUp Workspace. If you do not have a project management tool, we will loop you into our ClickUp Workspace.

What is a Discovery Call?

A Discovery Call is a complimentary call where a potential client (you) gets on the phone with a coach/online business manager (me) to talk about the possibility of working together.

To get the most out of your sessions please remember to:

  • have paper and pen handy to take notes
  • bring water
    closeout all distractions so you can be fully present
  • be in a space where you can have a private conversation

How long does a Discovery Call usually take?

A Discovery Call can take anywhere from 30 – 60 minutes.

What will we talk about during our Discovery Call?

The Discovery Call is the perfect opportunity for us to get to know each other and see if we are a good fit.  We’ll also talk about:

  • why you’ve reached out to me specifically
  • what you are struggling with
  • where you see yourself and your business 6 months after working with me
  • what you need from your coach/online business manager to have a great experience
  • your comment level
  • my service and price
  • any questions you have for me

What happens next?

If we both decide it’s a good fit I’ll send you a scope of work email and/or contract with a link to your invoice. If we decide it’s not a good fit, I will do my best to help you find a coach/online business manager that might work for you.
